First Try Tofu Soup & MV A&W Festival

Jessica & I's first try at making Korean Hot Tofu Soup (Soondubuchigae)! Surprisingly it came out quite good, not as spicy as I thought despite it's strong spicy aroma!! A bit watered down cause of the beef broth, but we both were quite happy with the outcome. We used fine hot chili powder, beef broth, tofu, clams, beef, egg, kimchee, leek, scallions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil! It's actually really easy to make and a quick delicious eat. It only took about 15 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook.

With about an hour and a half to spare before Jessica had to leave, we headed to the Mountain View Art & Wine Festival featuring over 500 artists and craftsmakers! There were sooo many tents of exhibits and displays for sale and food that we wanted to try but we didn't have much time with only about an hour to explore. BUT, we did manage to snag this corn on the cob, which was sooo tasty!! I never thought about putting garlic salt, parmesan, lemon pepper, and lemon pepper butter on corn! I guess I'm gonna have to do this more often at home. c:

I also managed to take a couple shots of some of the artwork and crafts!
